Placement

Our college has a Training and Placement Cell which organises training and grooming sessions for our students. We seek the help of resource persons for training and grooming sessions on Soft Skills to make our students excel in the aptitude tests and job interviews. Our attempt is to prime the employability skills of our students so that they can come up to the expectations of the employer. The Placement Committee also interacts with various firms to arrange campus interviews for our students. We also identify and groom the students who want to pursue their higher studies and enable them to hone their personal as well as professional skills.Objectives:

  • Prepare a database of students and identify their areas of interest.
  • Create a database of the recruiters and be in touch with them
  • Coordinate with prospective employers to identify their requirements and assist our students to register with them
  • Develop a course content for placement oriented activities
  • Conduct Soft Skills training sessions for students to hone their personal and professional skills
  • Make them participate in activity oriented sessions and evaluate the learning outcomes
  • Conduct aptitude training sessions for students to make them succeed in all competitive examinations
  • Invite the recruiters to the campus and organise job fairs
  • Maintain a good rapport with our alumini.
  • Assist students in securing placements in well-established companies.
